Whilst we can start some work immediately, the tasks required in co-ordinating the Group and implementing its essential but ambitious objectives are too great to achieve without any dedicated resources. We are fundraising for a set of projects that will help us deliver some of our key outcomes. Our business model is to secure seed funding from a handful of key donors to get started, moving in the medium-term to a strategy of recovering core operating costs from project funding proposals targeting specific outcomes.
